Returns Policy

Our Commitment to You: At Sea Symmetry, we are dedicated to providing you with quality eco-conscious products. Our print-on-demand model reflects our commitment to reducing waste and ensuring every product is crafted with care.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, has a printing error, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require a photograph of the issue and will arrange a replacement once we've confirmed the error with your order.

Lost Orders: If your order hasn't arrived, check the tracking link we sent you first. If it's been lost in transit, please let us know no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We'll look into it and, if necessary, send a replacement at no cost to you.

Change-of-Mind Returns: Due to our sustainable print-on-demand process, we do not offer returns for buyer’s change of mind or size exchanges. To help you choose the right size, we provide detailed sizing guides on each product page. Please review these carefully before making your purchase.

Return Process:

  2. Provide Proof: Send us photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Return Confirmation: We will confirm the issue and, in the case of a damaged or incorrect item, initiate a reprint.
  4. Replacement : If eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
